1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Luxury Master bedroom has bed with pillow top mattress, vanity unit with mirror, plenty of drawer space, 2 nightstands with lamps, clock radio, cable TV. En-suite to luxury master bathroom with twin marble wash basins, large corner bath and walk in shower. There is a large walk-in closet with lots of hanging and storage space.

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Bed with pillow top mattress, vanity unit with mirror, plenty of drawer space and built in wardrobe. 2 nightstands with more drawer space, lamps, a clock radio and there is also a cable TV. En-suite to bathroom 2.

2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). Twin room with chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. There is also a nightstand with drawer space, clock radio and lamp. Mickey Mouse TV.

Bedroom

2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). Second twin room with chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. Nightstand with more drawer space, princess clock radio/lamp.

Family Room

1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). One of the family rooms has a queen sized sleeper sofa for an extra 2 guests if needed. There is a cable TV, PlayStation 2 with games, DVD player and movies.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 10 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
If using Paypal, there is a charge of 3.5%

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $ 31.39 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
