Luxurious Disney Vacation Home
This home is a knock out! Located in Indian Ridge Oaks, it's only 3 miles from Disney. This gem of a house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite has a scrumptious king size bed, TV and VCR, and an en suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms have two twin beds in each. The home also has a very comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room, so it can accommodate up to 10 people. The living room has a great TV, with VCR, DVD, and stereo for your entertainment. This home has a beautiful large crystal clear pool and plenty of room for laying out in our gorgeous Florida weather.

    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $50.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $45.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
