Gorgeous 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home close to the Super Wal-Mart (within walking distance of highway 192) This fabulous upscale gated community features a community pool, clubhouse and children's playground. This beautiful spacious home features four master bedrooms all with their own ensuite bathrooms, one bedroom has a king-sized bed and three have queen size beds. The fifth bedroom features a full-size bed and the sixth has two twin beds and they both share the fifth bathroom. There are also a further half-bathroom. This home also has a games room with pool table, Foosball & ping pong! The pool area is fully screened to keep out the bugs and the pool and spa can be heated for an additional supplement. The pool also overlooks a lake for additional privacy. This home has an upgraded furniture as well as a washer and dryer, towels & linens, pots & pans, silverware, dishware, iron & ironing board, hairdryer etc for your convenience. Sleeps up to 14 people.

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express
Credit card charges are subject to a 3% surcharge.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $30 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
