Large 5 bedroom villa with lovely view
This large 5 bedroom Villa is located on Cumbrian Lakes a gated community just over 1o minutes from Disney. There are 2 separate lounges downstairs and a dining area, the kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of setting and dining areas for large families. Upstairs there is a study in the loft area.
The best feature is the view from the pool area, with a lake and woodlands teeming with wildlife and the view is even better from the balcony upstairs leading off the master bedroom. There is a large private pool great for cooling off in and there is ample sitting and bathing areas.

    Payment Details
    200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 85.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for $25.00 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
