This house is magnificent! It is one of the largest in the Orlando area and ideal for large groups of people and families! Not only is the interior of the house spacious, outside is an inviting custom built oversize 30 x 17 feet pool with separate kiddy pool (1 foot depth) and separate spa/jacuzzi. The pool deck is also totally bespoke and has a shaded area if the suns rays become too intense! Beyond the pool is a lake (ideal for fishing). This home has absolutely everything you could wish for and much more. Crescent Lakes is a beautiful area surrounded with lakes and conservation area, very quiet and spacious yet close enough to the Attractions, restaurants and shopping areas to make this an ideal location. Our aim is to offer you Comfort, Luxury and Relaxation for the perfect break, at a very affordable rate. A quality villa with quality service you would expect.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card
A deposit of $150 per week is required. We prefer to take Checks to save any additional charges on the card. We can be flexible with the dates and will discuss further with guest upon booking. The 90% remainder is due at least 10 weeks prior to arrival.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $125.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $25 per day. A minimum of 4 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
