You’re only a hop, skip and a jump away from all the Disney theme parks and other nearby attractions.

The unit, constructed in 1999, is fully furnished with all the comforts of home, including linens and towels and washer and dryer. Guests have access to the community’s large heated pool, hot tub, gym, volleyball court, game room & more.

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 20 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
