• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). There is a 24hr Walmart store just under a mile away, it takes about 18 minutes to walk there.
• The house is on the lake which is only 60ft away.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The rent, required to complete the booking, is 25% (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable damage deposit is required - discuss amount with owner. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund. Discuss other refunds with Owner.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 150 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
