2 Twin Lower Bunk Beds (sleeps 2) and 2 Twin Upper Bunk Beds (sleeps 2). The children will never, ever want to leave their room! TWO sets of twin-size bunk beds (4 twin beds), books, games, cable TV/DVD with movies, Disney themes!

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
20% deposit and a rental agreement is required to complete the booking. A 2.9% credit card company processing fee will be applied to the total-due. If paying via personal check or bank check (USA only) this fee will not apply. Balance is not due until 14 days prior to arrival date. For payments made by personal check, a separate check for $200 will be required and held (not cashed) as a damage deposit. This will be voided and returned to you after departure. SAVE MY DEPOSIT POLICY: Should you have to cancel your reservation for any reason, reschedule your vacation dates with us for any time in the future, and we will re-apply your deposit to the new dates for you (pending availability). Your deposit is never lost! If you should have to cancel your vacation dates 30 days or sooner prior to arrival date, we will allow you to re-apply all monies paid to a future vacation with us for the same number of days or more, pending availability. Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: Free! Stroller also included.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of CALL.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
