Payments and Policies
Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
30% deposit is due on confirmation if less than 60 days before departure then full balance is due. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ONCE DEPOSIT OR FULL BALANCE IS PAID UNLESS FULL BALANCE IS PAID EARLIER THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR THEN IT IS JUST LOSS OF DEPOSIT Credit card charges are subject to a 3% surcharge.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
