More Information

This home has a covered patio and a balcony off of the master bedroom. The clubhouse includes a large outdoor pool with spa, sauna, exercise facility, arcade, Tiki Hut, outdoor sand volleyball court, Tot Lot, and meeting room. On-site facilities include a community pool and spa, although most homes have private pools you are still welcome to use this one. There is a woodland area for a stroll after a hard day at the parks. Other facilities include the club house, kiddies play area, cyber cafe, picnic area, sundries shop, sauna, gym and games room. Payment Details

The rent is due 30 days in advance. A security deposit of $200 is required. If you cancel 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of rent is refunded.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
