Our home sleeps up to 15 people comfortably, but, at the cost of a single hotel room in the Disney area, is affordable enough for even a small family!! Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.

Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. • Pool heat is included in rates. |
