This home has three (3) king size beds which is unique for a 5 bedroom home. Also, there are two DOUBLE/FULL beds in one room (they are NOT twin beds).

Wireless High Speed internet with connected PC as well as FREE long distance calls to USA, Canada, Puerto Rico and most of Europe (UK, Italy, Spain, France and Ireland).

There is also an automatic spa (one switch turns-on the heater and isolates the spa from the pool), TV's and ceiling fans in all bedrooms and a big-screen TV in the family room.

Pool heat is free October through May.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments (less 10%) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Western Union

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
