Our villa is located near Disney at the wonderful, 24 hour gated Lake Berkley Resort in Kissimmee and is a beautiful 5 bedroom 3 bathroom villa (sleeps 10) with a south facing pool.

The villa is recently upgraded. There is a 42" flat screen TV, a PlayStation 2 for the kids, free wireless Internet, a new BBQ at the pool side, table tennis and more.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Western Union
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 19 per day and/or 130 per week. A minimum of 3 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
