Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 1 nt) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card - Diners Club - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 120.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 35 per day. A minimum of 7 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
