These modern Mediterranean style two-storey three bed town homes with private splash pool at Encantada make the perfect vacation home. The open plan living area, comprising of a separate laundry, kitchen, dining area and living room, is the ideal place to sit and unwind after a day in the parks. From here you will have access to your private splash pool and sun deck. There is a TV in the living room and in each of the bedrooms. After dinner take a stroll,along the lake paths to the 9000 sq ft clubhouse and enjoy a drink at the bar. The resort features a cyber café, sundry shop, gym, games rooms, lakefront gazebo, 2 communal swimming pools and spas,great fishing lake, and a “Tot Lot” Encantada, is a tropical paradise. A gated community, located in a prime location, minutes from the theme parks and outlet malls and close to first-class golf courses, dining, entertainment..

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 17 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
