Enjoy a game of basketball or volley ball, then relax in the cyber cafe or arcade. Explore Bellavida Resort's walking trails, while kids play in the playground or explore over 15 acres of lakes. The private large splash pool is an extra bonus as many town homes do not have one. 30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 30 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
