The view south from the pool deck is of a small lake where otters and other wildlife have been observed playing with a backdrop of beautiful nature preserve. The villa is set in a prime position on the resort on an extra large plot offering extra privacy, peace and quiet.

Custom designed southerly facing private pool with imitation rock waterfall and planters giving a true tropical oasis feel. The pool deck has been extended to the max to allow ample room for all sun worshippers. A large range of videos, DvDs, Xbox and PS2 games is provided to meet everyones taste at no extra cost or rental. Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 70 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, payments (less 40%) are refunded - full refund if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
