Villa now has Internet access should you wish to bring a laptop and the keys to the villa are collected at the villa itself.

The villa is on the quiet development of Eagle Pointe. This is just off the main 192 along Poinciana Boulevard.

The villa has its own private pool (heating is extra). The rear of the property is south facing and has sun on the pool and decking all day. The property backs onto a lake. The community offers a BBQ area, children's play park, cycle track, wildlife viewing.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with owner) is required for long stays. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $18 per day and/or $120 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
