Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This bedroom features a pleasing view of the pool area and has it's own cable TV/VCR/DVD.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

More Information

Villa is air-conditioned throughout with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the lounge for added comfort. Our home is extremely well maintained and boasts high-quality furnishings, wall to wall carpeting and ceramic tiling in the kitchen and baths. The home has a game room featuring pool table, air hockey, foosball, electronic darts and Play Station 2 with cable TV/VCR/DVD in all bedrooms. There is also a PC with high-speed internet access or bring your laptop as we have wireless access! Laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Very child friendly - full-size crib, 2 highchairs, 2 strollers, and toddler bed rail available for your use! Plenty of toys, board games, videos and books to entertain all ages. Our home is all one level eliminating the hazards of stairs and lofts and there are alarms on all poolside doors for safety plus a pool safety fence for that extra peace of mind. We also provide 2 children's bicycles with helmets and tennis equipment!

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, your rent is refunded but your security/damage deposit is forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
There is a 3.2% service charge on credit card transactions.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 23 per day and/or 140 per week. A minimum of 4 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
