The unit has neighboring units at each side - 6 feet high fence with neighbor to left. To the rear is a wall, approx 6 feet high. The pool/spa is South facing.

More Information

South facing screened heated swimming pool and hot tub (Jacuzzi spa). The villa is equipped to a high standard, with an open-plan internal layout to the day rooms and cool soft decor. The villa is also equipped with a full size pool table and air-hockey along with other games in our dedicated games room. The community offers tennis courts, a children's fully equipped play area, putting green and multipurpose court, basketball courts, and a multi-purpose playing field.

• Cocoa Beach is 82 miles and Daytona Beach is 88 Miles. Travelling time to either is approx 1 hr and 30 minutes.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

$300 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of $300 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments are refunded.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 28 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
