This is a pool villa. You have your owner large private screened pool and jacuzzi, both heated if required. There is also a gas BBQ and a Playstation 2. We provide free wireless broadband in the villa. Windsor Palms has its own Private 58 seat Cinema for you to watch your favourite movies on the big screen for free! • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The sundry shop in Windor Palms is 3 minutes away. Win Dixy is 5 minutes in the car.
• Daytona Beach is approximately one hour away. The Gulf Coast is appoximately one hour away. Beaches are one hours drive to both the atlantic and the gulf coast.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
300 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa
The booking deposit is non-refundable.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $180 (2 weeks for $345) per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
