Our home is a wonderful location, you're in a beautiful residential neighborhood, with your own private pool, yet you're only 4 miles from Walt Disney World and loads of restaurants and other attractions. Our fully equipped kitchen is great if you want to grab a quick breakfast before heading out for the day - or if you want to have a full family dinner on a holiday.

    House has a private heated swimming pool, propane barbecue grill, and full size washer/dryer in the garage. Ceramic tile throughout our home, new maple kitchen cabinets with granite counter top, new dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer (2004). Patio door alarms to ensure you know when a child is leaving the house (as required by law). There is a portable crib in the closet of the master bath and a highchair in the garage. Extra blankets are in each bedroom closet. There are even games, video tapes and books for rainy days.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    We can accpet PayPal payments via our website. Paypal accepts all major credit cards.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 15 per day and/or 100 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
