The back of the villa faces a conservation area, therefore a lot of greenary and nice lookout. There is also a jogging path with a lake three villas away.

More Information

The villa has a bright and spacious feel - it is fully airconditioned thorughout with high ceilings and fans in the living room making it an ideal place to relax after a long day at the nearby theme parks or on the golf course. You can relax sitting on the furniture provided on the pool deck and lanai whilst watching the children play in the pool and spa or just watching the nearby Epcot's fireworks light up the evening sky. The community offers tennis courts, a children's fully equipped play area, putting green and multipurpose court, basketball courts, and a multi-purpose playing field.

• It is about a 20 minute drive from Orlando International Airport.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There is a golf course less than two miles away and some 35 other golf courses all within a 35 minute drive from the villa.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are plenty of local restaurants nearby to walk to and are very close to a wider variety within a five minute drive.
• The nearest lake is a two minute walk away. The nearest ocean would be less than an hours drive away with the superb beaches of south florida. The beaches for the gulf coast are under an hour away.
• Nearby Attractions: Disney World is 3 miles away.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 70 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
The refundable security deposit is required before entering the property, usually when the final balance is due. Once you have departed the property and our management company confirms everything is in order, we will send you a check for the 250 within 14 days of departure.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $25 per day and/or $150 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
