The home is located in Indian Creek - only 3 miles from Disney. BBQ can be rented if required. The community offers tennis courts, a children's fully equipped play area, putting green and multipurpose court, basketball courts, and a multi-purpose playing field.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal
$240 deposit per week, balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full amount if booked within 10 weeks of arrival. Security deposit will be taken by management company.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chaircan be provided.
• Check in after 5:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
