    The washer and separate dryer are contained in their own area. The heatable pool is 27' x 15' and is fenced with a 6' 6"/2.0m high fence for privacy. The estate enjoys the benefit of a large community swimming pool, 2 childrens play areas, a jogging trail and tennis court. There are a large number of golf courses within a 10-20 minute drive of the villa.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit
    Details will be sent when an agreement has been reached.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 170 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
