This home is in a gated resort. Facilities include: Fishing, tennis, communal pool and spa, play area, club house, convenience store, live music most weekends, licensed bar most weekends, games machines, and fitness centre. Payment Details
All of the rent is required (60 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 30 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
