A 30' long x 14' wide sparkling swimming pool. BBQ is upon request and a $40 per week fee is due to the rental management company.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Many public golf course within less than 10 miles from the home.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). There is a full service grocery store, gas (petrol) station, bank, take out pizza, hair salon, post office and more. The kids enjoy just walking down to the store and grabbing a treat. It's about a 15 minute walk.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
