• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is an abundance of restaurants within 1 mile of Windsor Palms. There is a sidewalk to these restaurants for the active person who doesn't mind walking or an easy 2 minute drive away

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
