Screened pool with optional heat, $25.00/day or $125.00/week Air conditioning in all rooms. High vaulted ceiling in the living room with fan. Local telephone calls are free. Brinks alarm system.

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $25 per day and/or $140 per week. A minimum of 4 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
