Crescent Lakes is great for families, as there are basketball/volleyball courts, children's play areas, and BBQ areas. Shops, restaurants and supermarkets are less than five minutes away. Twenty minutes to the majority of Orlando's attractions, including Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios. Ten minute drive to several golf courses.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 125 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
