    The house has a full washer & dryer in garage. Directly off living room is a screened-in pool area; please note this area is non-smoking also. The community enjoys the benefit of a large community swimming pool, 2 children's play areas, a jogging trail and tennis court. There are a large number of golf courses within a 10-20 minute drive of the villa.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 20 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
