• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Emerald Island resort is just by Route 92. Souvenir shops and restaurants are everywhere. Super Wal*Mart (open 24 hours) is only 2 miles away.

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Play Pencan be provided.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
