This brand new (2005)spectacular and very upscale 1,447 square foot, three bedroom home is only 1 and a 1/2 miles (5 minutes) to Disney.The home has a Washer/Dryer. 20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
