    This brand new (2005)spectacular and very upscale 1,447 square foot, three bedroom home is only 1 and a 1/2 miles (5 minutes) to Disney.The home has a Washer/Dryer. Includes the use of all the amenities of a 5* resort: Access to a multi-million dollar clubhouse featuring a lagoon styled, double olympic beach-entry heated swimming pool with water slide, a water play area, jacuzzi, a 48-seat movie theater, fitness center, tennis, beach volleyball, a convenience store, video rental, pool tables, ping pong and foosball and a huge children's play area.     Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
