    1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Private bedroom with full en suite bathroom for grandparents, friends or older children to stay. Located at first floor. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and so may be suitable for those who require single level sleeping and living accommodation. The bedroom has dresser, walk-in closet ail, cable TV, alarm clock/radio and comfortable reading chair. Bed linen and matching towels.
    Master Bedroom
    1 King Bed (sleeps 2). This master is upstairs and has private en suite bathroom tub/shower. Opposite kiddies room. Large enough for cot or crib. Overlooks conservation area so very quiet at night. Cable TV, alarm clock/radio, private telephone, DSL high speed internet access, workstation and comfortable chair. Bed linen and matching towels.

    2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). Bedroom 2 – Twin size beds sleeps 2 persons This kiddies will love this room, especially boys. In room Playstation2 game system and game, comfortable game station seating, flop down, relax and hit the play button. This bedroom is upstairs and opposite the King Suite. It has 2 x twin size beds , with private en suite bathroom tub/shower. Six draw dresser with , walk-in closet and hanging rail, cable TV, alarm clock/radio. Plenty of storage space for girls to hang up their clothes. Bed linen and matching towels.

Best day to visit: Sunday. Park vehicle directly on beach and set up camp, hire boogie board, quad bikes, fixed truck ice and snack food vendors available. Also toilets and showers. Family friendly.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    Credit card payments will incur an admin fee of 3% of total rental costs or $35.00 whichever the greater per transaction.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $55.00.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
