1 King Bed. Master bedroom has spacious walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. 1 Double Bed. 2 Single/Twin Beds. Bedroom three has second TV/VCR with cable. 1 Double Bed (Lower Level of Bunk) and 1 Single/Twin Bed (Upper Level of Bunk).

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and two basins.

The villa is situated in a tranquil lakeside residential area, called for the exquisite view of a large unspoilt lake from the pool area where you can relax in the ample patio area while being protected from insects, take a refreshing swim in our wonderful heated pool, sunbath on the sun loungers provided in temperatures that reach 70’F most of the year round or just pamper yourself in the invigorating spa.

• Orlando International Airport is within a 15 minute(s) drive. Orlando International Airport is just a 15 minute drive from the villa. Sanford International Airport is approximately an hour’s drive.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby. The Tupperware Convention Golf Course is approximately a 15 minute drive along Orange Blossom Trail. The Falcons Fire Golf Club along Osceola Pkwy is within a 20 minute drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Kissimmee Old Town is approximately 15 minutes drive where there are numerous restaurants, Medieval Knights, Arabian Nights and shops for day and night life. Shopping Malls nearby include The Florida Mall, Millennia Mall, Festival Mall , Beales Shopping Outlets and Supermarkets such as Publix and Winn Dixie are within a 5 minute drive or Wal Mart is within a 10 minute drive which enables you to have everything you could possible need to enjoy your well deserved holiday.
• The unit is Lake front. The villa overlooks a large lake but swimming and fishing are prohibited. East Lake Tohopokaliga fish and camp, with air boat rides to view alligators and shore or skiff hire for fishing is within 15 minutes drive along Boggy Creek Road. Daytona and Cocoa beaches on the east coast are approximately an hour’s drive. Clearwater and St. Petersburg beaches on the west coast are approximately two hours drive.

Payments must clear before booking is confirmed. Bookings should be made in advance to give enough time for funds to clear. A booking deposit of £100/$174 per week booked is required when making your booking. The balance is required 6 weeks prior to your departure. You are required to pay a £100 /$174 key deposit which is refunded when you return the keys to us. When payment is by a bank transfer Guests are responsible for paying transfer costs at both ends. They should adjust the amount to take this into account. If you cancel your booking at any time after you have paid the balance, your payment will be refunded less a £200 handling charge. At any other time your deposit will be forfeited.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for £75 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
