• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby. More than 30 golf courses within easy driving access.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). As well as all the famous theme parks like Disney, Universal Studios and Seaworld etc, you don’t have to travel very far for the following, either. Golf, Amusement Parks, Fishing, Wildlife Viewing, Horseback Riding, Shopping, Restaurants, Live Theatre, Cinemas, Museums, Sightseeing, Swimming, Snorkelling & Diving, Boating, Sailing, Water-Skiing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Parasailing, Jet-Skiing, Rafting, Hiking, Biking, Tennis, Fitness Centre, Gym, Miniature Golf. The beach is about an hour away, as are Kennedy Space Centre, Discovery Cove (fancy a swim with the Dolphins?) and Everglades Air Boat Adventure Rides, or maybe you’d like to get up close and personal with an Alligator at Gatorland? And in the evenings join in the fun at a Themed Restaurant : Medieval, Arabian Nights, Murder Mystery and many more. And just a few minutes away from Emerald Island are an Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, Cracker Barrel, Giovanni's Pizza, Golden Corral, Grocery Store and Pharmacy.
• Central Florida is famous worldwide for the quality of the fishing, and there are thousands of freshwater lakes. If you prefer seawater fishing head for the coast (just an hour away) where all types are on offer. If you love surfing, head for Cocoa Beach (near Kennedy Space Centre)and Ron John’s Surf Shack, open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. For beautiful blue seas and soft white sands head for Daytona Beach, Clearwater Beach & St Petersburg on the Gulf Coast, complete with “Bay Watch” style lifeguards. Journey time, 60 to 90 minutes.

Payment Schedule: A non returnable deposit of $500 is due immediately when you book, and your reservation is not confirmed until we receive this. The balance is due at least 12 weeks prior to your arrival date. A returnable damage deposit of $300 is due at least 12 weeks prior to your arrival date.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $25- (recommended from October to April) per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
