Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 2 nts) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Cash Please Note :if your date of stay is within 30 days of your booking date then payment can only be accepted through the Paypal/Credit Card system. You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay by this method. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. • Optional pool heat is available for $10 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate. |
