Shares en-suite facilities with one of the twin bedrooms. 2 Single/Twin Beds (sleeps 2). Twin bedroom with built in wardrobe and drawer storage. Shares en-suite facilities with Queen Bedroom. 2 Single/Twin Beds (sleeps 2). Twin bedroom with built in wardrobe and drawer storage. Third bathroom is situated next door. 1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2).

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

The villa runs North to South. To the back of the villa is a Z-shaped lake incorporating a fountain which is lined by other villas. The view from the front of the villa is onto the street with other villas across the road. To the East and West of the villa are neighbouring villas.

A 'complex' is either a condo, walled community, lodge, apartment or townhouse development.

• The villa is situated about 30 minutes away from Orlando International Airport and about 50 minutes away from Sanford International Airport.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The villa is ideally situated in the heart of Golfers Paradise. There are 3 Fantastic golf courses all situated within 10 minutes drive. With at least 5 more within 15-25 minutes drive. All rates are very competitive and all the courses offer fantastic scenery and service. Most courses will be found in the discount coupon books making the round even better value.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Shopping and dining is less than 5 minutes drive, the 192 is situated very close by and this offers a wide variety of shops, bars, and restaurants. Florida Mall is about 20 minutes drive. Belts Mall is about 25 minutes drive. Orlando Premium Outlets are about 10 minutes drive.
• The property is lakeside with a fantastic view of one of the three lakes on the site. The lake has a fountain and attracts a variety of local birds.

300 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, 10% of rent is refunded.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: (Fee)Crib $4/night, High Chair $3/night.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 144.50 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
