• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are many golf courses near us and less than half a mile away we are very close to champion gate and reunion.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). 2 minutes in the car to the 192 with all its shops/food courts, there is a closer mall of shops and restaurants around 15 minute walk or less then 2 minutes in car.
• There is a small lake at the entrance of the resort.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $25.00 per day and/or $175.00 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
