Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are many golf courses near us and less than half a mile away we are very close to champion gate and reunion.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). 2 minutes in the car to the 192 with all its shops/food courts, there is a closer mall of shops and restaurants around 15 minute walk or less then 2 minutes in car.
There is a small lake at the entrance of the resort.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Optional pool heat is available for $25.00 per day and/or $175.00 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
