Emerald Island Resort Home

Our single family home with a private pool has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and sleeps up to 10 people. There is a full-sized washer and dryer. You'll find ceramic tile in the foyer, kitchen and all baths.
The resort, prestigious Emerald Island, is a gated community only 1.5 miles from Disney World. The resort also has a clubhouse pool, sauna, hot tub, exercise room, lounge, game room, computer room, child's play scape and nature trail. A shuttle to the theme parks and other attractions is available.

Our home is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood of other single family homes. A children's play ground is 1 block away. The clubhouse with all it's amenities is 3 blocks away. This is a wonderful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
If you cancel less than 30 days prior, payments less $100 are refunded.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: fee amount will be discussed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $90/day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $25 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
