You will be within minutes of all the essential amenities including a First Federal, Post Office, petrol station, Publix supermarket and 24 hour Walmart supermarket, 24 hour Walgreens chemist with one hour photo processing and a variety of diners/bars and restaurants. Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 2 nts) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $20 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
