1200 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Windsor Palms. Master suite has Queen-size bed, 27" Cable TV, DVD, walk-in closet, alarm clock, and full bathroom. 2nd bedroom has Queen-size bed, 25" Cable TV, DVD and alarm clock. There is a second bathroom. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Telephone has unlimited local calls. Living room with full-sized sleeper sofa, Cable TV, VCR, video game PlayStation 2 with Games, DVD, and a Stereo with CD player. Kitchen is fully equipped and has washer & dryer.

Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 200.
The payment balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
A booking deposit of £120 / $180 is required to confirm the reservation. Balance due is required 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. There will be a $30.00 processing fee for each change of reservation. A $30.00 fee will be assessed for each payment returned for insufficient funds. After reservation is booked in full, we will send a Rental Agreement, Reservation. Confirmation, and Registration Form. These documents need to be signed and return to us within 24 hours. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if these documents are not received and your reservation will be subject to our cancellation penalties.
