    1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Fantastic ground floor master bedroom with romantic canopy. Alarm clock, ceiling fan, satellite TV, DVD, telephone, and a walk in closet. The en suite has 'his n hers' sinks, large garden bath and a separate large shower. This is a beautiful room that over looks the pool area.

    1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Over looks the front of the villa and has it's own en suite bathroom with twin sinks and shower over bath. Ceiling fan, alarm clock, satellite TV, telephone and large walk in closet. This is a lovely large room. The crib is also found in this room.

    1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). A very sunny room that also over looks the front of the villa. Beautiful butterfly canopy. This room also has ceiling fan, alarm clock, satellite TV and closet.

    1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Situated in the centre of the villa this is a very peaceful bedroom. Although it has twin beds these can be made into a king size on request. Ceiling fan, closet and alarm clock.

    1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). Great room that over looks the pool area from the first floor. Twin beds to sleep amongst the fish and peer up at the glowing planets and stars. Alarm clock, ceiling fan, and closet.

    1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). This room also over looks the pool from the first level. A very tranquil room in a restful lilac. Sleep peacefully as you are watch over by fairies. Ceiling fan, closet and alarm clock. Room will be made into two twins unless otherwise requested.

    1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). The little princess room says it all. Flowers and butterflies on the walls as your own princess can be whisked away while she sleeps in her carriage bed.     1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). This pull out is situated in the lounge, at the front of the house. Ideal for large parties vacationing together.

We supply everything to make your vacation run as smoothly as possible.     • Orlando International is situated only 30 minutes away and Sanford is 45 minutes away.
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). If you are a keen golfer then this villa is situated for great access to over 60 golf courses that are open to the general public. With all year sunshine you will find Orlando makes for one of the best golfing holidays possible. You will find the best instructors and competitively priced goods in many of the outlets situated nearby.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). With a 24 hour Walmart on your doorstep what more could you ask for? A themed dining experience is situated at the bottom of the main road. Shopping malls are within 10 minutes by car and restaurants are only 5 minutes away.
    • As Orlando is in the center of Florida, the Gulf and the Atlantic are less than an hour away. The ever famous Coco Beach is beautiful and worth a visit. The beach is a private one situated on Lake Berkley. You can not swim in the lake, however you can fish here. It has been recently stocked with over 3 thousand fish, so make sure you bring your fishing rod.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    300 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 21 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
    You may pay by credit card via our website or through paypal. We will ask for paypal payment via your email address. You fill in your own details. Direct payment that it made immediately.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 140 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
