    1 King Bed (sleeps 2). En-suite bathroom, 32 inch flat screen hi-def television/DVD and it overlooks the pool. It has a tropical ceiling fan. Night stands, alarm clock, and telephone. All other bedrooms are separated from this bedroom.

    1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This room is a fully equipped bedroom. It has a television, alarm clock/radio and shares a bathroom with the "twin bedroom".

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (60 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 2 nts) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Travelers Cheques
    Credit cards through PayPal. Guest must sign and agree to rental contract.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 124 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
