Right down to the gourmet cookware in the kitchen nothing was overlooked. Designer linens on the beds and big fluffy towels make you feel right at home. The game room is outfitted with a pool, foosball and air hockey tables. A great place to enjoy yourselves after a long day at the theme parks!

    From the sunny deck you can see the lovely park, while enjoying a much more private, open view of the lovely resort. There are not two houses on either side. There is another home on the right, with plants providing privacy, and on the other side you have the lovely park.

    Payment Details
    20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 500.00 will apply. A fee of 150.00 will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 70.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 35 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
