• Orlando International Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. There are a couple of roads from Orlando Airport that are easily accessible. Toll Road 528 (Beeline Expressway) or Toll Road 417 South (The Greenway) both lead onto Interstate 4. Exit Interstate 4 onto Highway 27 North at Baseball City. Highgate Park is situated 3 miles north on the left of Highway 27.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). The new local Publix Supermarket is situated on complex off Highway 27 south. There is a pharmacy and photo developing service within the store. The complex also has a Chinese and Pizza take-away, book store, liquor store and hairdressers. Two miles north on Highway 27 is the Walmart Hypermarket. A wide variety of restaurants are within 5 - 15 minutes drive.
• Nearby Attractions: Disneyworld Theme Parks are approximately a 15 minutes drive from the villa.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded if re-rented.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 20.00.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 10.00 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
