Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
If the balance owing to the owner is less than $500, then the entire balance owing to the owner is due immediately to complete the booking. If the balance owing to the owner is more than $500, then a $500 deposit is due upon booking and the balance is due 8 weeks in advance.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $30 per item per stay.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 105 per day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $30 per day. A minimum of 3 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
