A lovely holiday home,about 10 minutes from Disney,with 3 bedrooms including a master en-suite bedroom, large through lounge diner/kitchen area. Fully air conditioned and fans in all rooms. Free high speed Internet for use with your own laptops. The phone provides free Local calls. A fully screened Lanai with sun beds at the rear. Parking bays are at the front.
There is a beautiful heated swimming pool, hot tub and large sun deck for sunbathing. We have a new queen bed and furniture in the master bedroom and new tables, furniture and table lamps in the lounge,

The 192 and International drive areas are very popular for shopping and dining out including Festival bay and The Mercado for those days you crave shopping. • Nearby Attractions: Disney World is only a 10 minute drive away. Seaworld and the universal Parks are about 30 minutes drive away. Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Travelers Cheques
An initial deposit of $150 dollars is required to secure your booking. Credit/Debit cards accepted through our management company based in Kissimmee, Florida.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of can be arranged through management company.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
