We are located in the desirable Emerald Island Resort a gated community less then 3 miles from Disney. We are a family friendly home. Our home has 2 master suits, 2 end suits, 2 sets of twin beds. We have a private not overlooked pool/spa. There is a games room and many infant articles. We have TVs and DVD players, PlayStation II, game cube with games and movies for your relaxing pleasure. There are games, books, toys and puzzles. There is a clubhouse with amenities such as Internet cafe, tennis courts, 2 tot lots, sauna, pool, spa, games room, work out room, volley ball pit, and nature path.

    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, your rent is refunded but your security/damage deposit is forfeited.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under 1 years old stay free. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 120.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
