    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
    -Upon payment you will receive additional pictures, a contact # to our management co., Directions, your Confirmation #, the Key and code to the front gate. Thank you for your patronage.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
